All black for spring

There is a huge part of me that feels like you can't go wrong with a black skirt. Whether it be leather, denim or even suede, I feel like black skirts do a lot more for us than any other article of clothing.
This outfit is in total preparation for the Spring - bare legs and all that.
I braved the Manchester rain and threw myself outside all for the sake of a few photos, I even bribed Jack with some coffee again.
I don't think I've ever been more ready for Spring than right now, the weather is so up and down at the moment, it's pretty depressing.
I want to get to the stage where I can leave my bedroom window open and not worry about it getting too cold - I'm not the only one am I?
The bardot style is my absolute favourite at the moment. They're perfect for every season and can be styled with practically everything and anything. This bardot bell sleeve top is from New Look, but I bought it from here for less than £6.
It's crazy what you can find online when you have a look around. Don't get me wrong, I'm probably one of the first to go out and buy the latest new trend, but every now and then a girls got to save a few pennies.
I've paired the bardot top with this gorgeous black skirt from Boohoo, which I bought from here for less than £5 - another bargain find.
The skirt is super stretchy and doesn't cling to your skin like other materials. So take a bold approach and wear it with bare legs, or throw on a pair of tights and keep warm.
The ankle boots and bag are both by Carvela by Kurt Geiger. The Carvela range is so affordable at the moment and it is surprisingly well designed. I posted about the boots a while back, and I'm still completely in love with them. They're my go to shoes when I can't think of anything to wear, and boy am I glad that these babies are comfortable.
Both the bag and shoes are from Shoeaholics, there's a little bit of a sale going on at the moment, so grab yourself a bargain or two.
What are you planning to wear for Spring?
